Verdant along with LG & Friedrich have forged a strategic partnership that allows Verdant thermostats to control HVAC equipment without the need for 3rd party adapters. These thermostats can also be tied into their own network without the need for WIFI to provide remote access to the tenant\guest and offer the owner the energy management capability to control the entire building.
The thermostat communication with the LG indoor unit (VRF or Single Zone) does not interfere with the existing communication bus between outdoor and indoor units. The thermostat communication wiring can be installed once the indoor unit has power without waiting for the completion of the main communication bus.
Verdant’s thermostats also include a wireless or wired thermostat that can control any of Friedrich’s equipment such as VTAC or PTAC.
