Greenheck, a leader in the HVAC industry, will soon be unveiling their latest innovation: Model RSQ.
This new technology is available starting August 5th. It promises to combine installation flexibility, ease of service, high efficiency, and low sound levels.
What is the Model RSQ?
The RSQ is a groundbreaking addition to Greenheck’s product lineup, designed to replace the RSF and LB models. It boasts a mixed flow wheel, which not only enhances efficiency but also reduces both sound and footprint. The RSQ is versatile and equipped to handle a wide range of applications, from ducted or unducted building supply and exhaust at low to medium pressures, to stairwell/elevator shaft pressurization and general untempered building supply.
Key Features of the RSQ Model
- Variety of Sizes: The RSQ is available in 12 direct drive sizes, ranging from 7 to 33.
- Impressive Performance: It delivers up to 27,100 cfm for supply and 25,200 cfm for exhaust, with pressures up to 3 in. wg.
- High Efficiency and Low Sound: The mixed flow wheel design ensures quieter operation and improved efficiency.
- Standard Birdscreen Guarding: All supply configurations come with standard birdscreen guarding and optional washable aluminum filters.
- NEMA 3 Disconnects: The RSQ comes standard with mounted and wired NEMA 3 disconnects for safety and convenience.
- Vari-Green® Motor Options: Available on all sizes, up to 10 hp, it offers enhanced energy efficiency.
Greenheck is also working towards achieving High Wind certification for the RSQ model, further enhancing its suitability for a broader range of applications.
As the RSQ is rolled out, Greenheck is phasing out the RSF and LB models. We encourage our customers to update their specifications to incorporate the new RSQ model as the older models will be phased out.
