Greenheck Expands Indoor Ventilation Lineup with Modular Solutions
Greenheck continues to innovate with the launch of two new indoor additions to its DOAS and ERV lineup, with the IVE and ERVi. Designed for space-conscious installations, these units deliver energy recovery, layout flexibility, and simplified service access without compromising performance.
Modular, Compact, and Built for Indoor Applications
The IVE and ERVi are built specifically for indoor installations. Their modular design allows them to be transported through standard 30″ doorways and assembled on-site in mechanical rooms, basements, attics, or mezzanines. With configurable discharges, and right or left-hand access options, they’re a great fit for retrofits and buildings with limited space.
IVE: Indoor Ventilator with Energy Recovery
The IVE features an enthalpy wheel and electric heat, providing high-efficiency ventilation with optional air tempering. Its compact footprint helps meet indoor air quality (IAQ) and energy code requirements in tight mechanical spaces. IVE is currently selectable in CAPS® 4.47 and will be orderable in CAPS 4.48 this August.
ERVi: Indoor Energy Recovery Ventilator
ERVi is ideal for indoor applications where rooftop units aren’t practical. Examples are pitched-roof schools, high-rises, or retrofit projects. With options for enthalpy wheels or cores, it offers energy recovery tailored to the project’s needs. Its modular construction makes it easy to install and highly adaptable.
Why Indoor Ventilation Matters
Stricter IAQ standards and the push toward decarbonization make indoor ventilation more important than ever. The IVE and ERVi are efficient, flexible solutions that support 100% outdoor air, energy recovery, and even tempering when needed. These units also pair well with RTUs for added performance.
If rooftop space is limited or a retrofit calls for an indoor solution, Greenheck’s IVE and ERVi offer reliable, code-compliant options that meet today’s performance demands.
